These are some of my favorite pieces of jewelry I’ve made. Either because I think they are good and I did them well, or because I like them just for the ideas behind them.

This is a commissioned piece I am still working on. Personally, I think it is the nicest piece I have made so far. I spent a lot of time making sure the soldering was as perfect as I could get it, and that the pieces shone like a mirror. I am still learning, and I get better at these techniques with every piece I work on.

I wanted to learn stone setting, so I tried to teach myself. It’s a good first try, I like to think, but I certainly need more practice!

This piece is my favorite conceptually. I love crows, and wanted to display their curious (and sometimes thieving) nature. This little bird stole a crown, and as he is flying away it jangles merrily.

This piece was meant to represent a few different endangered plants from Southern California. I enjoy this piece because of it’s texture, and variation in form. It was fun to experiment, and see what different kinds of looks I could get depending on what I did!
